Full House Package - $450

This package covers every part of the house, both inside and outside. This allows the customer to have an in-depth experience.

- 40 images (non-aerial)

- 12 aerial images

- 2 minutes of video (mix of aerial and non-aerial)

Drone Package - $300

If you’re looking for professional aerial drone photos and videos, purchase this package! You will get:

- 20 photos

- Up to 3 minutes of video to market your property 

- A virtual tour

- Weekly traffic reports

The Bare Bones Package - $150

This package consists of up to 25 DSLR photos. After photos are taken and edited they are put into a virtual tour.

The virtual tour can be added to the MLS board as a non-branded tour or on Facebook as a branded tour.

Drone Photos Only - $100

This service will provide you up to 10 drone photos to give you the aerial views you need to market your listing.

Virtual Staging - $35/Per Photo

Using this add-on service, choose the number of rooms that you would like to have virtually staged and we will add that to your order. Transform those empty rooms into fully furnished ones!

Matterport 3D Scan - .10¢/ SQ FT

Using the Matterport scan feature you can share your listing in a new and interactive way. When you post the link of the tour to the MLS and social media, viewers can navigate through the home to see the layout and size. This is a great way to show off listings and gain serious interest before showing the home in person.

3D Rendering - Contact For Pricing

3D rendering add life to a room by filling it with appliances, furniture, lighting and more. This is perfect for showing your listings potential. 

Enhanced Property Lines (Add-on) - $30

This add-on video feature offers up a fantastic aerial representation of the property lines. This is the ideal way to show off unique locations, vacant land and property with lots of acreage!

Zillow Marketing Bump (Add-on) - $50

When you order a Zillow Video Walkthrough, our professional photographers will create a two-minute full-motion video of your property. The video will be showcased on Zillow in the “Video” section in the listing.

 

Properties with a Zillow Video Walkthrough are pushed to the TOP of search results as home shoppers browse relevant listings.

Agent Walkthrough Video

$125/hr On Scene Shooting + $65/hr For Editing

 

Agent walkthrough videos can be a stand alone or combined with any other service. This is an amazing way to connect to potential buyers and let your personality stand out while showing off all the great features of your listing.

Nighttime Photos - $100

Night and evening photos will make your listing stand out from the others. You and your customers will love the contrast added to the presentation from these night shots.

Floor Plans (pricing listed below)

Floor plans help show off your listings dimensions and gives potential buyers a clear understanding of the size of each room.
